We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, creating engaging content, managing social communities, and implementing effective social media advertising campaigns. You will play a crucial role in enhancing brand awareness, driving engagement, and achieving clients’ marketing goals.

 

Social Media Strategy:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with clients’ marketing objectives.
  • Identify target audiences, key platforms, and establish measurable KPIs.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging social media platforms to recommend innovative approaches.

 

Content Development & Community Management:

  • Create compelling written and visual content for social media channels, including posts, images, and videos.
  • Plan and create content, script, product presentation and program flow for live events on Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop visually appealing assets that align with the brand’s tone and messaging.
  • Ensure content is optimized for each platform and adheres to brand guidelines.

 

Social Media Advertising:

  • Plan, implement, and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns across various platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Identify target audiences, set campaign objectives, manage budgets, and monitor campaign performance.
  • Conduct A/B testing, adjust targeting, messaging, and creative elements to improve campaign effectiveness and achieve desired results.

 

Social Community Management:

  • Engage with social media followers, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally across multiple platforms and client industry types.
  • Foster conversations, build relationships, and manage online communities.
  • Monitor brand mentions, identify potential issues, and address customer concerns in a timely manner.
  • Handle social media crises effectively and maintain a positive brand image.

 

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Monitor social media metrics and analytics to measure the success of campaigns.
  • Prepare regular reports showcasing performance, insights, and recommendations for optimization.
  • Provide data-driven insights to clients or internal stakeholders, highlighting key findings and areas for improvement.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Media Marketing, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Experience with social media management tools like Sprout Social.
  • Proficiency in content creation (written and visual), copywriting, and storytelling.
  • Experience in planning, implementing, and optimizing paid social media advertising campaigns.
  • Knowledge of social media analytics tools and ability to derive insights to inform strategy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinking and ability to adapt to evolving trends and platforms.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.

 

This is a full-time hybrid position within our Manchester, NH office location.

wedü is a digital marketing agency. We work with clients to develop and execute marketing and communication strategies. Our focus is in the digital realm including everything from web design and development, digital advertising, social channel programs, and automated marketing programs. We service a wide range of industries including traditional and online retail/e-comm, spirits & wine (lots of spirits and wine), insurance, finance, and health care.

Location: Manchester, NH
Salary Range: $70,000 - $75,000
